Payout for month booking has not gone through

Hi please help!

The guests moved in on 25 January and its now 12 February and the payment has not gone through. I was under the impression that monthly payouts get done at the beginning of the booking? How do I contact Airnbnb to resolve this?

You need to raise hell on twitter. It's the only way to get your $$. Trust me Airbnb customer resolution sucks for being a multi billion dollars company.
