Notice before guests arrive

Hello, I've set my listing so potential guests need to give  at least two days notice for booking, but someone managed to make a request for the next day.

 

My Instant booking settings are off so i'm unsure how this was possible.

 

perhaps there is another setting that i'm not aware of.

 

The setting i have enabled is Availability Settings > Reservation Preferences > How much notice before guests arrive > At least two days notice.

 

Any help on this subject is appreciated, as i'm very confused.

If you take a look at your listing (pre-view) you'll see that you do have Instabook on.

 

The app ist super glitchy, always best to make changes on a computer.

FYI today, 12 Sept the first possible booking day would be the 14th.

I just checked on the computer and switched the instant booking off!

I have the same issue. For: How much notice do you need before guests arrive? I have "At least 2 days notice" and instant book isn't switch on.

Someone contacted me Last Friday at 18:55 writing "I'm David just driven up from London to spend the weekend with my little tinks, who live in Ripon I'm dropping them off at their mummies at 7.30 tonight and will come straight to you so should arrive around 8ish....hope that's ok?
 
How come he can do that?
Could the system block him from booking before 2 days?

(And instant booking is off).

Have you tried calling Airbnb - sounds like there is a technical glitch.
