No payout received from December

No payout received from December

Hi.  We also hosted a family in December and on our account it says "payout" ... however, it is not in our bank account and I cannot contact anyone from airbnb - every email I try just bounces back.  Does anyone have an email address or telephone number that I can contact to find out where the payment went??

I'm sorry to hear you haven't yet received your payout.  As it has been over 10 days since your guests checked in, you do need to contact Airbnb about this -  this Community help guide explains the best ways  to get in touch with them (including via Twitter, Facebook and phone).
