Due to an attack on a female jogger and a murder that took place a few days before my trip I cancel

I was told I would be getting a refund and coverage to put the boys I was hosting into a hotel.

So far I have had intermittent communication with Airbnb. There is no email that works and no phone number to call the help center. Does anyone know how to get through to customer service? I am out all the money, we never stepped foot on the property and we had to stay at a hotel until we could get a flight back home. The trip was ruined. The home was in a crime ridden, very dangerous area. We should have been warned.
