How to change AirBnB account holder name?

I have an account along with a friend from which we listed both of us our appartments and hosted guests for over a year now. The account is in her name.

Now she has decided that she will no longer offer her appartment through Airbnb, but I want to continue with my listing.

Is there a way to change the account holder info (name, contact information etc) to mine instead of her's, or I have to move my listing to my personal account?

You can continue to list your listing under her name (if she's OK with that) or you will have to create a new listing under your own account.
