re-uploading listing

One of my units is very competitive with prices and amenities, yet it hasn't gotten any attention when I first put it up and now it gets barely any views compared to my other similar listings and it is affecting my performance as a host.
I would like to take it down since I've made some alterations to the apartment itself. Would it be possible to put it up again to get that "new" push?

I am sorry that this one unit is affecting my overall pefrormance, since it is very competitive.
