How do I set up a single guest house with multiple rooms

I read up on this on the help, but it seems confusing. It says I need to list each room seperately. Huh? I have a single guest house with four rooms. Max 2 persons per room. What if they want to book more than 2 persons. Do they need now to make 2+ bookings?

 @Gerard50   You are correct.  You would have a listing for each room and then a listing for the whole house.  You would need to be sure to coordinate your calendars to ensure if some one booked the whole house all the individual room listings were blocked and visa versa.  I gather the whole house is available and you do not live there, right?  If so, you could only list the entire house for a certain amount for 2 people and then add an extra person charge after the first 2 guests.  Seems a little easier to manage.
