cancellation

Basically I have a reservation booked for early december. I booked in several months ago. Since then the last 3 reviews are bad. They say things are not as listed, that there is a mold smell and that it is too cold in october with 1 small heater and we will be there in December I would like to cancel based on the apperant recent change in the condition on the listing. I would never have booked it with these reviews. I can't find a  way to email or call airbnb to ask them to look into it but I don't wanna cancel under the strict policy bc thats only a 50% refund and we will need to book another listing for this trip. Please someone tell me how to contact them or what to do!
