Hi,
I have paid a substantial amount of money to AirBnB which then cancelled because of system problem and then I got a notification for it. However, my booking is cancelled and I am afraid it might take some time to get the money back. Trying to reach Airbnb with the number provided in the error notification, however, answered in this really weird way. A guy was just conversing on the background. Tried calling 3 or 4 more times and got to the same guy. He didn't reply and I bet he could't even hear me.
This is really frustrating as not only I am faced with system failure, my money is taken and I don't know whether I will get an immediate refund for the failure PLUS the house I wanted to book might not be available on the days (for 10 days!!) I wish to book it.
Can I please talk to someone about this?
