I’m sorry for your experience
we had a guest yesterday on a bank holiday Checkin 2 hours early with absolutely no warning
This caused stress all round especially for my assistant who is doing her best to do the changeover on a extra busy weekend
All they had to was give us the heads up
Ask nicely
Its very difficult to welcome selfish insensitive guests such as these
Thankfully they are few and far
The was no flying involved but they from overseas and I guess had to leave their previous airbnb
We have been in a similar situation in Aus and went for a drink until
checkin time
mot would not occur to us to behave like that
