I booked a place to stay, but how do I find out what currency I paid in?
I am from Malaysian (local currency MYR) and booking for a place in Australia (destination currency AUD), and I WANT to pay in AUD.
When I made payment via Mobile App, I was using AUD and all prices were in AUD.
However when I saw my confirmation/itinerary via Website (not Mobile App), it shows the prices in MYR, despite the drop down list at the bottom of the page selecting AUD.
Why am I not shown the prices in AUD? It also says a 3% conversion fee was applied. This shouldn't happen if I was charged and paid in AUD right?
Also, one of the Help center" pages mentioned that the customer should be charged in the currency that is shown, therefore I expected to be charged in AUD, and should not be charged the 3% conversion fee.
