Can't review my lovely guests

Hi, I think like lots of you, I'm not able to review our first guests. They were fantastic, and I'd really like to leave a great review for them. 

Surely the airbnb concept relies on reviews, so why then after 48 hours since they left I'm not able to write a review? Any ideas?

@Heather39 This seems to be a recurring problem lately. You can contact Airbnb and they can fix it quickly so that you and your guest can leave reviews.

Hi. I'm getting closer. ..Sent feedback etc to airbnb on getting the review function solved. ..now. dies anyone out there know the airbnb contact e mail?

@Heather39, it sometimes takes a couple of days for the invitation-to-review email to arrive. 

 

AirBnB cannot be reached initially by email. If you go to the Help icon at the top of the page, you'll be directed to different categories of questions. Choose the one that applies, type in your message, and hit Send. AirBnB will respond by email, to which you can reply.
