Awaiting Payment

Guest wants to stay for 5 days which I approved but it states 'awaiting payment'. Ususally this resolves itself, but in this case the issue went on for 24 hours and eventually the reservation was cancelled by AirBnB. The guest submits another request, but the price increased as it was my last unit by this time and once again the guest is clueless as to how to fix their payment so it gets cancelled again. I'll take this as a sign that this guest traveling within the States isn't going to work out and they lack the ability to read the details.
