I have a guest show up as a pregnant couple, But I didn't get any notice before booking. 

I realized it when they came to my house, if there is anything I need to be caution or I can do?

I dont think they need to disclose being pregnant although most people would. My advice would be to show some extra care to the pregnant lady, you dont have to go overboard but a little goes a long way if you know what I mean.

It's not something guests would normally mention. Also, if you keep hosting, it's likely that you'll get couples that are not pregnant when they arrive, but are when they check-out. Something you'll have to get used to.

Pregnancy is not an illness - maybe just ask if she needs extra pillows for the bed or something like that....
