deja vu on missing payment

last year it took 4 days of massive calling to airbnb to get my payment. you cant reach the depatment who is supposeldy working on the problem and they are supposed to call back but never do. well, here we go again. yesterday airbnb says it sent the money to paypal but it hasnt got to paypal yet. they said to wait, i said if it dosnt go to paypal 2 minutes after you send it , theres a problem. last year it was a problem with the way they batch out the payments. is anybody else from yesterday having payment problems as well?
