Instant booking for other people

On several occasions I have had people instant book for other people.  At first I had no problem with this, but pretty much every strange or problematic guest has been through these types of bookings.  They haven't been problematic enough to lodge any formal action, but it still makes me feel quite uneasy about the whole thing.  Has anyone who is a host had a similar experience?  And how do you handle it?

First, you should know third-party reservations are against Airbnb policy, so Airbnb has your back.  If you receive a third-party booking and you are uncomfortable with that, you should Contact Airbnb to have the reservation canceled without penalty.
