How i should do when guest message me a rude word?

I already preapproved his inquiry but it seem that he unsatisfy me, he said I have no service mind. I then decline his inquiry, he text me back "**bleep** you!"

I never see the guest behalf like this, I alway use a kind word with him but he use really bad word to me.

@Joe198  You can either ignore this rude person and never have anything to do with him or you can report the profile using the flag under the profile name.
