security deposit not appearing in reservation box

I have added a security deposit to my listing but it hasn't appeared in the reservation details of my latest guest. They're waiting for my to confirm but I'm reluctant to do so until I know that it's on the system.

I know all the comments about the deposit not being worth anything but I feel better knowing it's there and if the guest knows then I figure they're likely to be more careful.

The guest does not pay the security deposit up front. If you had it on your listing prior to this guest making a booking then they have agreed to pay up to that amount in the event of damage, etc.
