Airbnb definately has a problem which they dont seem to be fixing, I get the same standard response. ANyway, they have asked for you to contact them:

 

Reviews are typically prompted 24 to 48 hours after check out. Should you not receive one, please contact us. We'll be able to set it up for you. We apologise for the inconvenience and have since informed out team of developers. Thank you
