cancellation error

Hi I am a host , and mistankenly cancelled a reservation and want to recover it, but I am having a hard time getting it back.

How can i do it?

You will need to contact Airbnb directly to do this.  You can easily do a web search for their contact number or search "Contact Airbnb" here in the community.

it happened to me as well and I could not find any way to go back. The cancellation has been transformed in an automatic review under my profile and annoying messages from Arbnb as the cancellation lower the reliability criterion 😞

Beware also in case that further cancellations you will be asked to pay back part of the rate
