Sold my property buyers want to honor reservations how can i do this

We have sold our listing with a close date in late april but we have bookings going through may 2017. Our buyer would like to honor those bookings bu i dont really know how to transfer.

Its a little bit of a complicated process.  The buyer would need to set up their own Airbnb account and set up their own listing of the property.  After this is done, you will need to contact your guests and let them know you have sold your house and the new owner would like to honor their reservation.  Link them to the buyer's new listing.  If you guest agrees, you will need to Contact Airbnb directly in order to facilitate "transferring" their reservation to the new owner.  Your guest may also say "Yeah right, I dont want that!" in which case YOU will need to cancel their reservation and absorb the PENALTIES for doing so.
