Missing payment after Referred a host

Hi! Please help. 

Since a week, all the hosts that I refer start showing a "Not eligible" message intead of the payment after the 15 days review period after they complete their first reservation. Have someone experienced a similar situation?

I beleive that is because the 100 usd minimum reservation, but I'm not sure since never had that message before. Did someone started to receive the same message lately? It might be some change that Airbnb made to the platform?
