I cancelled my requested and still got charged

We put a request in for a one night stay, however once we completed it and booked our room it seemed to good to be true. We cancelled it no more 18 hours later because it didn't have any reviews, but they charged my card two days later. The charge is showing as completed on my credit card. How do I get my money back?
