Hi everyone.  I´m new to this.  I dont understand why my nightly rate is 172 euros a night.  I have just accepted a bookign and the nightly rate is only 124 and they are taking a further 17 euros service charge. So from the 172 I am getting 104 euros????? This surely cant be right and there is no one to contact.

Do you possibly have Smart Pricing turned on?  If so, Turn It Off.  It looks like you have a monthly discount - did this guest book for at least a month and qualify for the discount?

It looks like you have a higher rate for the weekend, did this guest book a weeknight and a weekend night?  If so, Airbnb averages out the price of those days over the reservation.
