How the heck can I get in touch with AirBNB? No phone number, no email address, no online chat.

Please can someone from Air BNB contact me urgently.  I cannot find any way to get in touch with you.  I've followed the link to contact us and been through a million loops because you don't really want to speak to your customers.  You claim to have an online chat servicee and a contact form but when I click on the link it just goes back into another loop.  I'm very very worried about my booking and time is running out quickly for me to find somewhere else to stay.

Jane:  I agree with you 100%!!  Trying to find their phone number took me over an hour because when you click on their links, it just circles back.  What a waste of time and such poor customer service.   For anyone trying to find the number, I finally found it after digging through multiple threads on these discussion boards.   Of course, now I'm on hold.....for forever. We will see how long it takes them to actually answer the phone.  What poor customer service.
