Actually after the last update to the iPhone Airbnb app, week of July 22... the Calendar view no longer SUPPORTS the Short Name View of the listings to be able to quickly access a calendar on your iPhone.
The calendars are not sorted in any fashion, and the Guest View Long name is the only way they are described. Therefore, you have to guess which Calendar out of your multiple listings you are looking at. Then you have to select a reservation before you finally see the Entire Long Name and know which calendar you are looking at.
Whatever happened to Regression Testing? Why remove a feature or disable it to tweak performance when everything was working just fine for us with 15 or more listings? HELPPP!!! I've been calling daily at all different hours to try and get a US representative but all I get it Outsourced folks who are nice but are not empowered to do anything and don't seem to understand the problem. I have sent numerous updates to the Airbnb Support Message with screen shots. They just keep saying "Don't Worry. I will be sure this is taken care of." and also "I see that it has been assigned to a Technical specialist, I will send a message to have them call you as soon as possible." That was three days ago. It's been "assigned" to a technical specialist three times now. No phone call and no return messages.
Come on..... bring back our support to USA.
