History of rate changes and discounts? I have a returning guest, need former rate/discount.

Are the rates history and discounts not available?  With a returning long-term guest, I want to give the same info for daily rate and discount.

Just go to Your Reservations. Find their previous reservation and click on Print Confirmation. This will open a window that shows you the nightly rate they paid.
