Can we ask guest to leave?

We have a 30 day guest who wanted to stay in our home to hike, see the sites, and enjoy our area.  However, she sits on the phone, watches television, and drinks all day.  She leaves to visit the bars and meet new "friends" whom she seems anxious to bring back home with her.  Our other guests, a young couple, have been verbally abused by her and almost run off.  We want her out, but are not sure how to go about this.  Help!

I think you have to figure out what written rule she has breached. 

Is she actually bringing people over?

Do your rules prohibit consumption of alcohol?

Verbal abuse is biased and hard to prove

contact Airbnb and ask them to relocate your guest. Explain everything and say that you and your other guests are uncomfortable with her. Airbnb should cancel her reservation without any penalties for you and without refund to the guest (but probably they will refund her anyway)

I am not absolutly sure but I think you can ask her to leave even before you contact Airbnb. Because she is breaking your house rules, disturb other guests etc...
