90 day limit in London

Hi

I have read through the new law in London and it only applies to rentals under 90 days. However if I set my minimum rental period to over 90 days I am told this is not allowed in London due to the new law! 

Why can't I just accept rentals for more than 90 days, hence not falling foul of the new regulation?

I don't really understand your question. Why not give Airbnb a call and ask them to clarify.
