Store a .pdf with check-in info

Our home is in a beautiful but remote location and we use a code lock. Sending each guest a .pdf before check-in with step-by-step written directions, access codes, and, most importantly, pictures illustrating how to get to and into the house has proved invaluable. I do this now via email, but it would love to store this file on Airbnb's system, have the ability to update it frequently (to enter new access codes, for example) and make it available only to booked guests when I'm ready to send it to them.
