would like to include entire house as well as single rooms in the same listing, is this possible?

You will have to create a separate listing for every unit you have. I think you will have to decide how you want to advertise. It can't really be single rooms and an entire house.  If anyone booked the place as an entire house to find that you had booked a room to someone else that could create quite the mess and you the host would be held responsible.

@Gilbert5 You can set this up by creating a listing for each room, as well as one for the entire house. Be sure to sync the calendars on the entire house listing with the individual room listings so that it will prevent someone from renting the entire house during a period when one of the rooms is booked (and vice-versa).
