Hi, I would like to know if someone makes an instant booking ( i am a host), does it mean that I responde to it aldo i didn't wrote a massage or confirm it (booking is made). I ask this because my response time is with an hour and I want to keep it that way...thanks!

Instant booking means you don't need to pre-approve or approve a booking - it happens automatically.

If you're trying to keep your response rate stats as high as possible, always communicate with the guest - even if they booked via the Instant Booking feature. Not only does it help build trust but it's also a nice way to introduce yourself to the guest once they booked. As a bonus, you earn the response rate stats 🙂

I guess instant booking is calculated as a response, but just in case, I always send something like " Hi ***, looking forward to meeting you".
