reimbursement more money than guests spend

First time my guests, staying one night left in middle of night to hotel and asking not only all money back they paid (with airbnb comission) from me, but nearly double, because they went to more expensive and more luxury hotel. Although I don't agree that in that room they could not stay because of cat smell from one hour before completely cleaned cat litter box in bathroom, I gave them back all money received. But they still wants more (received 42 euro and they asking for 75 euro from me in total).

What should I do, I tryed to write email to airbnb (although I think they should contact them at night requesting another accomondation), but I could not find a way. I cannot call them because I am abroad with expensive roaming fees. I just can use Internet/Skype/email/Whatsapp etc.

Do not send any more money - they should have contacted AirBnB if they wanted to be moved and then agreed any refund, etc.
