That said, perhaps we can figure this out if you give more details:
I see that you are an experienced host and have been receiving payouts, correct?
Have you changed your payout account?
Are you sure the email received was from Airbnb?

Also, have you gone to your payout preference on your profile and checked on the status? Normally you will see what needs to be fixed on that page. See this link:
