I just received an email asking for "Add account details to keep your payouts coming ".

I have no clue what is required. Here on the webpage I see nothing that details what information I should provide.

Hi @Urban-Hop0 Since I am a host just like you (not an Airbnb support employee) I'm not sure that I can help other than to refer you to Airbnb support. 

That said, perhaps we can figure this out if you give more details: 

I see that you are an experienced host and have been receiving payouts, correct?

Have you changed your payout account?

Are you sure the email received was from Airbnb?

Also, have you gone to your payout preference on your profile and checked on the status? Normally you will see what needs to be fixed on that page.  See this link:
