Extenuating Circumstances

I'm a Guest and I cancelled my reservation under  "Extenuating Circumstances" .
But nobody ask me about documents. Do I just have to wait until someone contact me by email? Or I have to upload them at the moment I ask my host the money refound?
I read in the Airbnb help article "contact us to file a claim". Do someone know the contact?
