problem with prices

Hello.
My problem is wery simple but i do not know how to fix it. I recived reservation for my apartment and the price is 641€ but to my guests the price is set to 763€. The service fee is just 24€ so it can not be that. Please tell me how to fix that.

I am having the same problem with my listing but in the opposite way.My place is listed for $69 and is only showing $59.Does anyone have any suggestions?

Well Airbnb charge the guest a service fee between 6-12% which is different to the host service fee; perhaps that's the difference although seems a little bit high. You both use the same currency so exchange rate increase is not a possibility - I can't really think of anything else. 

Ask the guest to confirm the breakdown which will give you a better idea; he will be able to see a breakdown of all fees prior to booking.

I have the same prices, my studio is $120 and when people search it it comes up at $150!?
