i have a guest who wants to book but its not working. we have been conversing back and forth

i have given her 2 special offers and they both expired and now she cant book as the dates are blocked. 

i checked on my calendar and it shows the dates are available. the message that i get on her msg list says 'not possible'

we are both very frustrated!

Hello @Leslie12,

 

Usually "not possible" shows up as soon as you accepted another booking request for the (partly) same dates. You can verify if you look under YOUR  RESERVATIONS
