cohost requirements and waiting list miami?

Hello everyone, its been awhile since i hosted but just found out about cohosting which looks neat. I just signup and apparently there is a waiting list in Miami, so how long is the waiting list and what are your experience while cohosting a listing. Any info or suggestion is appreciated.

What do you mean by waiting list?
the cohost feature lets you define a second person as a manager of the account.
If you go on holiday and your aunt Mathilda receives your guests in the meantime, she can be your co-host. 

If you have a hotel, you can make an employee your co-host. 

That should be immediate like every change in the profile. 

It's not a feature to help you find iwners in need of a manager.
