Website says my property is "no longer available" - but it is

Hi - I had a potential guest write and say "the site shows your property is no longer available" - but that was wrong. When I asked her to remove all filters she found our property again - has this happened to anyone else ?  Thanks,  Terry

Probably the guest entered dates on which your property was not avialable (as your listing shows very limited dates available for booking) or used non-matching filters.
