We aren't getting any of our requests.

We've gone from having our listings booked back to back but starting December we haven't gotten a single request. It shows we've had 423 and 22 requests for December but we haven't gotten them sent to us. We believe there may be a glitch or technical malfunction. Not sure how to find out what is happening.

Have you called BNB to check with them?

We were having a similar issue and Airbnb, via Twitter, stated there is a glitch in the app and check the website for more accurate information. If your website is also    showing inaccurate information best to notify Airbnb.

Exactely same Issue! 

from Decemeber no requests for Jan o Feb, and the App show that I had recived 20 Request and I had accepted 14 booking. (??)

this number just grow during the month.

I called Airbnb few days ago, but the girl at the phone I think she didn't really understood of what I was talking, anyway she said that from their side everything was ok (I really doubt this) and she will pass the message to the tech dep.

For now no updates, I hope that is just a issue with the numbers and not real requests.
