Verification of air bnb customer

Hi guys

I had a verification of customer come up today, and we are waiting on this person to be vertified, it looks like it is blocking the room from anyone else to book in.

Has anyone else experienced this, We should be able to rebook room if they dont verify in time??

@Michelle375  If you have pre-approved a guest, your calendar is block for 24 hours which allows the guest to accept the approval or not.  It also it gives time for the potential guest to complete the verification process.  If your calendar is blocked longer than that, you can decline the potential guest and message the guest that they are welcome to try again once the verification process is complete.
