I turn to you hereby asking you to help me.
Namely because of the overlap of my calendar I had to refuse the booking guests
Canceled Apr 30 - May 2, 2016
Luxury Apartments J & M 1, Zadar

You are my transactions declined 44 Euro ?? Please answer for WHY because as stated in the rules of Airbnb:

More than 7 days before check-in: You'll receive one penalty-free cancellation every 6 months. Then, for every additional cancellation within a 6-month period, you'll be charged $ 50 per cancellation.

Please reply and I hope that it was your fault.
