Taxes to be collected

I was trying to understand how the taxation system works on Airbnb. From what I can see Airbnb is charging my guests govt taxes etc already on top of the amount I have quoted. So now do I have to still charge my guests more taxes on top of that or not ? Thanks for the help.

@Neha0 If Airbnb is already collecting taxes on your behalf, typically you do not need to charge any more taxes.  That said, you need to investigate with your local government if there are any additional taxes that need to be paid.  It is the host's responsibility to be sure they are in compliance with all local / state / country regulations.   Wish I could tell you more, but since I'm not in India, I have no idea what additional steps you need to take, if any.
