How do you know? You can look at your listing and see your price.

As traveller if I search my property on the internet as if im looking for an accomodation when it comes to my property the prices are higher than the one i decided as a host

the price has always matched before.

cleaning fee is the only extra I have but has been always not calculated on the price of the property.

????

but there's an email address or phone call to be helped also from airbnb????

@Terzo0 When you search for listings, Cleaning Fee is calculated only when you have selected certain dates. 

Maybe at your older search you didn't select dates and now you did. You can calculate to see if the price is higher due to cleaning fee or not.
