Calendar Grayed Out on My Listing...

I'm a new host and my guests had to cancel their reservation but asked if I would do it. I did and now I can't unblock the grey dates to allow others to book. Help!

Never cancel for a guest. They have to do it.

Now you have a host cancelation on your account.

The dates are blocked out.

You lose your chance for Superhost.

Call AirBnB, tell that you are new and didn't know (hopefully you had the cancelation conversation via AirBnB that they can read it) and ask them to reopen those dates. Maybe they will have mercy on you.
