Just a brief example of the cluelessness of "price tips"...
For at least the 3 weekends before Thanksgiving, the price tips recommend that I bump things up by $10-15 per night. But then, for Thanksgiving weekend, it suggests that instead of raising rates a bit, that I *drop* them significantly.
Both recommendations are completely clueless and are more evidence that AirBnB is being scammed by whoever they've contracted with to handle their coding.
