Stars are not showing up

Hello,

I am new to Airbnb (only had 3 bookings) and even if I see that the guests rated me with stars in my dashboard, the stars are now showing up on my listing page nor my profile.

Is there a delay before the stars appear for new hosts? Is there a box I need to check to allow them to appear?

It will happen by itself, when you have 5 I think. Enough to give an average!

That can't be true as I see listings with 2 reviews and the stars do show up.

I am having the same problem. My first guests gave me 5 stars on all but they are only showing in my stats page and not on my listing. Does it take time? The review showed up, but not the stars.

Hi @Sandra167 @Sandra126 has it right - you need to have 5 completed guest bookings before stars will show up. That's why there can be only 2 reviews on some listings, in that case, they had 3 who didn't leave reviews. Hope that helps! Karen
