Special Offers

I am a host who has sent a special offer to a guest, but that guest said they could not find the special offer at all, like it didn't appear in the messages or anyplace else. I thought maybe it was a mistake so I  sent one to my husband then logged into my his account to see if it showed up and I could not find it anywhere. Has anyone experienced this, or am I doing something wrong? This is the first time I have extended a special offer, but it was pretty self-explanatory sending, so I can't understand how it's going wrong? Any tips??

I am having the same problem. I am a new user, but guest sees nothing other than email. How do they see the special offer?  Thanks
