Security deposit

If I add a security deposit for future rentals, does it affect my guests who've already booked my place?

@Seth20 The Security Deposit will be in force for all reservations made after you added it to your listing.  Keep in mind that Airbnb does not require that guests pay the Security Deposit when they book.  The Security Deposit is only accessed if you need to make a claim for damages caused by a guest during their stay.   Here's how you would file a claim:

@Clare0 has given you a great answer to your question! As she said, when you add a security deposit it only applies to future bookings.
