Hi my pay out was deducted by 250 euro . Does anyone know who I could speak to as to why this has happened ?

@John1388 if you go to your Transaction History, you should be able to click on the reservation associated with any payout. The reservation detail should include the breakdown of the payout.

If the deduction is not the Airbnb fees, was there some amount that Airbnb was supposed to collect from you for some other reason? They will deduct amounts due from a future transaction if your previous payout amounts can't cover it. (For example, you issued a refund that actually exceeded the amount you had coming to you.)
